Today, TTL provides international staffing and work solutions to help people build purpose-driven careers and strategic businesses to find the talent to fulfill their mission. Our methods engage people we know through jobs we understand, establish collaborative environments, and bring people together across geographies to produce lasting impact. Someday, we aspire to become the most trusted resource for global workforces, where people and technology align with opportunities to empower people, fuel economies, and enrich society.

From our headquarters in Los Angeles and offices in cities in Eastern Europe, we intend to grow and provide more people with opportunities across different job skills, industries, and geographies.

Before TTL, Dane started two other companies, including an online shopping and discount portal Extrabux (acquired in 2013) and an online rewards and advertising platform that was named the #1 Startup in Ukraine. As a leader and technology executive, Dane has more than 10 years experience building and advising U.S. companies between North America, India, South America, and Eastern Europe.
